Knowledge and investment cooperation with ICCK under Chhattisgarh Industrial Policy 2024–30
Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai met Mr. Lee Jae Jang, Chairman of Advanced Technology Center Association (ATCA) and senior officials in Seoul during his on going visit and the second leg to South Korea on Wednesday Augsut 27, 2025 . ATCA is a strong industrial network, which includes more than 60 major companies in IT, electronics, semiconductor, pharma and textile sectors.

Chief Minister Sai welcomed the ATCA delegation and said that the Chhattisgarh government is committed to providing a favorable environment for investors. He invited Mr. Lee Jae Jang and the senior officials accompanying him to visit Chhattisgarh during their upcoming visit to India and directly observe the investment and cooperation possibilities available in the state.
ATCA has shown interest in B2B partnership with the companies of Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said that Chhattisgarh has national institutes like IIT, IIM, NIT and AIIMS, which provide world-class talent. The state’s ‘plug and play’ infrastructure and strong logistics network make Chhattisgarh a natural hub for ATCA’s research and development centers and their expansion in India.
Chief Minister Sai said that Chhattisgarh is developing rapidly and has industry-friendly policies, abundant natural resources, skilled human resources and strong infrastructure. He said that we want ATCA companies to come here and invest in emerging sectors like IT, electronics, semiconductor, pharma and textile and establish new dimensions of partnership. This will provide employment to the youth of the state on a large scale and will also give new strength to the local industries.

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai participated in the Chhattisgarh Investor Connect program organised in Seoul during his visit to South Korea, which was organised in collaboration with the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ICCK). On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that Chhattisgarh is a land of immense possibilities for South Korean companies. He mentioned that South Korea is among the top three steel export destinations of India and Chhattisgarh, being the leading steel producing state of the country, is ready to deepen this cooperation and provide new investment opportunities.
The Chief Minister said that Chhattisgarh is rich in mineral resources, which are extremely important for the automobile and electronics industries. The state has abundant lithium available, which will be helpful in accelerating the EV (Electric Vehicle) revolution and new generation industries. He said that Chhattisgarh can become a natural hub of global energy transition.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai announced the inclusion of ICCK as a knowledge partner and said that technology, skilling and global cooperation will be given a new direction under Chhattisgarh Industrial Policy 2024–30. He expressed confidence that a new era of development will be written by the combination of Korea’s innovation capacity and Chhattisgarh’s resources.
The Chief Minister also underlined that the Chhattisgarh Government is providing support to every investor at every level from “Single Window Clearance” to land allocation, necessary permissions and supportive policies. He expressed confidence that the participation of South Korean companies would create new opportunities in the industrial scenario of Chhattisgarh and would take South Korea-India industrial cooperation to new heights.
