Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai met Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Tuesday January 27, 2026 at the Chief Minister’s residence office in Raipur.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai warmly welcomed Chouhan by presenting him with a Bastar art memento and a bouquet of flowers.

During the meeting, Chief Minister Sai and Union Agriculture Minister Chouhan held fruitful discussions on various issues related to the empowerment of farmers in Chhattisgarh, agricultural development, and rural livelihoods.

Union Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan praised the effective implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme) in Chhattisgarh and the initiative to provide permanent houses to families deprived of housing under the scheme in the Naxal-affected areas of Chhattisgarh through the ‘Niyad Nellanaar’ scheme.

Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam, School Education Minister Gajendra Yadav, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Subodh Kumar Singh, Secretary to the Chief Minister Rahul Bhagat, and other dignitaries were also present on this occasion.

I Always Listen and Obey what my heart, my inner voice, my soul tells me. I prefer to be true to myself, even at the hazard of incurring the ridicule of others.
