Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai paid tribute to the late Kusum Sinha, the revered mother of Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha of the Chhattisgarh High Court.
At the condolence meeting held at the Chief Justice’s residence in Bodri, Bilaspur, Chief Minister Sai offered flowers to the photograph of Kusum Sinha and prayed for the peace of her departed soul.
He met with the bereaved family and consoled them, saying that his mother’s love, values, and sacrifice were the greatest assets in life. Her simple, affectionate, and unique nature will always be remembered.
Union Minister of State for Urban Development and MP Tokhan Sahu, School Education Minister Gajendra Yadav, former Governor Ramesh Bais, and MLA Sushant Shukla also paid tribute and expressed condolences. Judges of the High Court and subordinate courts, advocates, officials from the Advocate General’s Office, and other senior officials were present on the occasion .
