This initiative will further strengthen good governance, accountability and public trust through a continuous monitoring, tracking and feedback based system of complaints.
“CM Helpline 1076” will become an effective bridge of communication between the government and the public and will become a powerful medium to convey the voice of the citizens directly to the administration.
