Financial assistance provides ₹1 lakh per room for construction of a new room and ₹50,000 per room for renovation of an existing room, covering a minimum of one and a maximum of nine rooms.
At present, 27 homestays are registered with the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, while proposals concerning 85 beneficiaries have been forwarded to banks for assistance.
