Effect of Vishnu’s good governance: Caste certificate was not being issued for 6 months, problem solved with one call

Raipur. In the good governance of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, now the problem is being solved with a single phone call. Basant Dhruv, resident of Ward No. 1, Village Karahi, Vikaskhand Aabhanpur, had applied 6 months ago in Choice Center to make caste certificates for his two children. From where temporary caste certificates of both the children were made. But he wanted to get permanent caste certificates. For this, he had applied. But he had to visit different departments. But his work was not getting done. Troubled by this situation, he called the Jan Samasya Nivaran Call Center of the District Administration. After which the concerned department was informed about the case. Immediately after which caste certificates of both his children were made and issued. After the problem was resolved, the complainant Basant Dhruv expressed satisfaction and expressed gratitude to Chief Minister CM Vishnudev Sai.
