Fire on Tatanagar–Ernakulam Express: Railways Set Up Helplines

Railways have set up helpline numbers at key stations to assist passengers and their families.

Passengers have been advised to contact the nearest helpline for information and support

Following the fire incident on Train No. 18189 Tata–Ernakulam Express at Anakapalle on early Monday December 29, 2025 morning, the Railways have set up helpline numbers at key stations to assist passengers and their families.

Helplines have been made operational at the following stations:

Vijayawada: 0866-2575167

Railway officials said the helplines will provide updates on train movement, passenger safety and other assistance related to the incident. Passengers have been advised to contact the nearest helpline for information and support.
