For wealth, prosperity and profusion , Kubera, the God of Wealth, is worshipped and Lord Dhanvantri is worshipped for good health: CM Sai

Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has congratulated and wished the people of the state on the occasion of Dhanteras festival. In his congratulatory message issued on auspicious Day of Dhanteras, he said that the five-day long Diwali festival begins from Dhanteras.

On this day, Kubera, the god of wealth, is worshipped for wealth, prosperity and opulence, as well as Lord Dhanvantri for health. Chief Minister Sai has appealed to the people of the state to make their Diwali happy too by purchasing diyas and other items from skilled people like local potters, craftsmen, women groups and small businessmen of Chhattisgarh. Wishing happiness and prosperity in the life of the people of the state on Dhanteras, Chief Minister Sai said that the festival of Dhanteras may bring happiness and health in everyone’s life.
