Former Congress MLA Sudesh Shaukeen joins AAP, Kejriwal gives him membership

Defection of leaders has also started before the Delhi Assembly elections. On one hand, the Aam Aadmi Party has suffered a huge loss due to the resignation of Kailash Gehlot, but the party has brought former Congress MLA Sumesh Shaukin with it. Kejriwal said that many big leaders of rural Congress are joining AAP, while Sudesh Shaukin, after joining AAP, said that a lot of work has been done in rural areas under the leadership of Kejriwal.

What did Kejriwal say about Kailash Gehlot

When Kailash Gehlot was asked about leaving the party and joining BJP, he said that he is free and can go wherever he wants. Meanwhile, after resigning from the party yesterday, Kailash Gehlot joined BJP today, although he said that he did not take this decision under anyone’s pressure. He also said that he had joined Aam Aadmi Party so that he could leave advocacy and serve the people. He said that the motive of those who joined Aam Aadmi Party was not personal interest, but the development of Delhi can happen in collaboration with the BJP government at the Center.
