Haryana Assembly Election 2024: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has released the second list for Haryana Assembly elections. Names of 9 candidates have been announced in the second list. AAP’s first list came on Monday September 9 , in which Aam Aadmi Party had announced 20 candidates.
Let us inform you that talks were going on between Congress and Aam Aadmi Party for alliance for Haryana elections. However, talks could not be made on seat sharing. After this, AAP is contesting alone in all the seats.
In the second list, Rita Bamaniya has been given ticket from Sadhaura. The party has made Krishna Bajaj from Thanesar and Hawa Singh from Indri as its candidates. While Mukhtiar Singh Bajigar from Ratia, Advocate Bhupendra Beniwal from Adampur, Prof. Chhatar Pal Singh from Barwala, Jawahar Lal from Bawal, Pravesh Mehta from Faridabad, Abass Chandela from Tigaon have been made the contenders .
Earlier on Monday September 9 , Anurag Dhanda from Kalayat Assembly, Gurpal Singh from Naraingarh, former minister Narendra Sharma from Pundri, Jaipal Sharma from Gharaunda, Amandeep Jundla from Assandh, Bittu Pehalwan from Samalkha, Pawan Fauji from Uchana Kalan, Kuldeep Gadrana from Dabwali have been fielded. Happy Rania from Rania, Indu Sharma from Bhiwani, Vikas Nehra from Meham, Bijendra Hooda from Rohtak, Kuldeep Chhikkara from Bahadurgarh, Ranbir Gulia from Badli, Sonu Ahlawat Sheria from Beri, Manish Yadav from Mahendragarh, Ravindra Matru from Narnaul, Badshahpur, Veer Singh Sarpanch from Sohna, Dharmendra Khatana from Sohna and Ravindra Faujdar from Ballabhgarh have been fielded in the election fray.
Let us inform you that Haryana assembly elections will be held on October 5. Whereas, the counting of votes will be held on October 8. Earlier this date was October 1 and 4 but the Election Commission has changed it. Giving the reason behind this, the commission clarified that this decision has been taken to respect both the voting rights and traditions of the Bishnoi community. The Bishnoi community has maintained the centuries-old tradition of participating in the Asoj Amavasya festival. They celebrate the festival in the memory of their guru Jambeshwar on that day.
