Ranchi: -Jharkhand has got its 14th Chief Minister. JMM Chief Hemant Soren has taken oath as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand. Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar administered the oath of office and secrecy to him. He took oath as the 14th Chief Minister of the state at a grand ceremony held in Ranchi. This is the fourth term of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader as CM. The cabinet will be expanded later. His father and three-time former Chief Minister Shibu Soren was also present at Hemant’s swearing-in.

18 big leaders from 10 parties of India attended the ceremony. These included Leader of opposition ( Lok Sabha ) Rahul Gandhi, West Bengal’s Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, RJD leader Tejaswi Yadav, AAP chief and former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal .

At 3 pm, Hemant Soren took his father Shibu Soren by the hand to the venue. Before taking the oath, Hemant said, ‘Today will be a historic day. Our unity is our biggest weapon. We can neither be divided nor silenced. We are Jharkhandis, and Jharkhandis do not bow down.

Before taking oath as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand for the fourth time, Hemant Soren reached the residence of his father Shibu Soren in Morhabadi. On this occasion, Hemant Soren’s wife Kalpana Soren was also present with him.

The cabinet will be expanded later. Earlier at 3 pm, Hemant Soren met JMM Chief Shibu Soren and took him along with him to the ceremony venue.

Tejashwi Yadav reached Ranchi to attend the swearing-in ceremony

RJD leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav reached Ranchi airport to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Hemant Soren. He said- Under the leadership of Hemant Soren, we will run the government and take Jharkhand forward

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has reached Ranchi to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Hemant Soren. He said – The public has elected Hemant Soren ji and formed the government again. I express my gratitude to the public for giving Hemant Soren and the INDIA alliance a chance once again. The result of Jharkhand was very auspicious for the country.
