Horrific road accident in Bathinda, Punjab, 8 people died, many injured as bus fell into drain

A bus fell into a drain while crossing a bridge on Kot Shamir Road in Bathinda. 8 people died in the accident, while many passengers were injured. The local administration and relief teams reached the spot and took the injured to the hospital. The causes of the accident are being investigated.

Bathinda -( Punjab ) : A horrific road accident took place in Bathinda, Punjab on Friday December 27 , 2024 . A private company’s bus went out of control and fell into a drain, killing 8 people. Many people on the bus were injured, who have been admitted to nearby hospitals. The police, who reached the spot, said that the body has been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem.
According to the information, a bus fell into a drain while passing through a bridge on Kot Shamir Road in Bathinda. Eight people died in the accident, while many passengers were injured. The local administration and relief teams reached the spot and took the injured to the hospital. The causes of the accident are being investigated. Also, the NDRF team has reached the spot for rescue.
