Iran’s UAV commander shot down, explosions in nuclear city Isfahan, missile strikes on Haifa-Tel Aviv, latest updates on Iran-Israel war

An Iranian UAV commander has been killed in Israel’s latest attack. Israel has also attacked Iran’s nuclear research site in Isfahan. The sound of an explosion has been heard here. Meanwhile, Iran has carried out powerful explosions in Tel Aviv and Israel’s port city Haifa. There is no hope of peace on the ninth day of the war.

Attacks and counter-attacks continue between Iran and Israel. In the latest attack, Iran has attacked Israel’s capital Tel Aviv with ballistic missiles and rockets. The Times of Israel has reported that sirens have started ringing in central Israel and several consignments of rockets from Iran are targeting the city.

Explosions have taken place in many areas of the city. The Israeli missile defense system has managed to intercept some missiles and several rockets.

Fars news agency quoted an Iranian military spokesman as saying that long-range and extremely heavy missiles were used against military sites, defense industries and command and control centers in Tehran’s missile and drone attacks on Friday June 20, 2025(IST) .

Israeli military officials said about 20 missiles were fired in those latest Iranian attacks and at least two people were injured, according to the Israeli ambulance service.

According to Israeli media, a fire broke out on the roof of a four-story apartment building in central Israel after the Iranian attack, firefighters are at the scene, and are controlling the fire. There is no news of anyone being trapped or injured in this attack.

According to Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar, Iran fired missiles on Beersheba in southern Israel and Haifa in the north, damaging an Ottoman-era mosque.

A video from the Foreign Ministry also showed heavy damage to a nearby high-rise building, which houses a branch of the Israeli Home Ministry.

Let us tell you that Haifa is Israel’s port city. It is the busiest port and naval base. In Haifa, Foreign Minister Gideon Saar said that he is very suspicious of Iran’s intentions. He said, “We know from Iran’s record that they are not negotiating honestly.”

Meanwhile, Israel’s retaliatory attack is also continuing.

Israel claims that its air force attacked and killed Aminpour Joudki, the commander of the Revolutionary Guard’s second UAV brigade. Aminpour Joudki had carried out hundreds of UAV attacks against Israeli territory from the Ahvaz region of southwestern Iran. After the elimination of Tahir Pour, the commander of the IRGC Air Force UAV headquarters, on June 13, 2025, Joudki played an important role in operating the headquarters. The Israeli army said on Friday that it had attacked a missile launching site in western Iran. Earlier, the Israeli army had said that fighter jets had attacked surface-to-air missile batteries in southwestern Iran. Its aim was to gain superiority in air attack. One of the country’s largest nuclear complexes is located here. This update came shortly after Israel announced that it had launched a new wave of missiles on Iran.

Meanwhile, Fars News Agency reported that Israel had attacked a bakery and a five-story building of a hairdresser in Tehran. 5 people were injured in this attack. After this, Iran activated its air defense system.

Iran is ready to discuss uranium enrichment but…

Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon, told the United Nations Security Council that his country will not stop its attacks until “Iran’s nuclear threat is eliminated.”
Iran’s UN diplomat Amir Saeed Iravani called on the Security Council to take action and said that Tehran is concerned about reports that America might join the war. President Trump has said that America will decide in 2 weeks whether it will join Israel in this war or not.

Iran has said that its country is ready to discuss uranium enrichment.

A senior Iranian official told Reuters that Iran is ready to discuss the limitation of uranium enrichment. But Iran will not accept the condition that Iran should not do uranium enrichment at all. The official said any offer to not enrich uranium at all would be rejected, “especially as Israeli attacks continue.” Israel launched attacks on Iran last Friday. Israel alleges that its old enemy is on the verge of developing nuclear weapons. Iran has said that its nuclear program is only for peaceful purposes. Iran has retaliated with missiles and drones to respond to the Israeli attack.
