Raipur. In the presence of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, a grand event of Johar Tiranga was organised in the indoor stadium of Raipur. In this program organized by the Culture Department, the country’s famous singer Kailash Kher and his colleagues gave a melodious presentation of patriotic songs.

On the national song ‘Vande Mataram’ and ‘Jaan Hai Hamari Hai Tiranga’, the people present including Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai were filled with patriotic spirit and sang along. Earlier, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai inaugurated the ‘Johar Tiranga’ program by lighting a lamp and garlanding the portrait of Chhattisgarh Mahtari.

Finance Minister OP Choudhary said that nationalism is the life and soul of any country. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to the people of the entire country to celebrate Independence Week and hoist the tricolor in every home to celebrate independence.

He said that we should celebrate Tricolor Week and Independence Day with patriotic zeal. Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Food Minister Dayal Das Baghel, Industry Minister Lakhan Lal Devangan, MLAs Kiran Dev Singh, Rajesh Moonat, Anuj Sharma, Purandar Mishra, Indra Kumar Sahu, Guru Khuswant Saheb and Raipur MP Shri Brijmohan Agarwal participated in the program.
