Raipur: Taking another significant step toward making administrative processes simpler, more transparent and faster under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, Revenue Minister Tank Ram Verma on Wednesday December 3, 2025 inaugurated the E-Gazette Online Portal at the Mantralaya. Revenue and Disaster Management Department Secretary Reena Babasaheb Kangale was also present on the occasion.
Through the E-Gazette Online Portal, all departments of the government as well as district collectors will now be able to send orders, notifications, ordinances and other publication material directly online in manuscript form to the Directorate of Printing and Stationery, from where the Government Printing Press will publish them online as an e-Gazette.
Under this new system developed by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, the entire process of gazette publication will now operate through a digital platform. Earlier, sending manuscripts from departments and district offices was a time-consuming and resource-intensive physical process, which has now been made completely online. Through the new E-Gazette portal, departments will upload their orders and notifications directly, and published gazettes will be accessible online to all.
Implementation of the E-Gazette system will bring remarkable speed to notification-related work. The digital platform will not only simplify procedures, but by making the process completely paperless, it will also strengthen the government’s e-governance policies. Online publication of gazettes will enhance transparency, accessibility and efficient record management.
This initiative of the Chhattisgarh Government marks a major step toward digital governance, faster decision-making and improved administrative efficiency in the state. With the launch of the E-Gazette portal, gazette publication will now be more convenient, timely and available in a modern digital format.
