After 17 years, the NIA court acquitted all the seven accused in the Malegaon blast case in Maharashtra. After the verdict, Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Purohit expressed his gratitude to the court and the country and said that the armed forces always supported me, I cannot thank them in words.

The NIA special court has acquitted all seven accused in the Malegaon blast case in Maharashtra 17 years ago. After this decision of the court, while there is a wave of happiness on one side, on the other hand there is an atmosphere of disappointment. In such a situation, Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Shrikant Purohit, who was an accused in the blast case, welcomed the court’s decision and expressed his happiness. While talking to reporters, Purohit said that I am grateful to the country and all those people who supported us.

He said that the judiciary understood the case and gave justice to all of us. The Indian Armed Forces supported me fully in this fight. I am unable to find words to thank them. Let us tell you that in the case, former BJP MP Pragya Thakur, Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Purohit, Major Ramesh Upadhyay, Ajay Rahirkar, Sudhakar Dwivedi, Sudhakar Chaturvedi and Sameer Kulkarni were accused of serious charges of terrorism and criminal conspiracy. Pragya Thakur expressed happiness
After this decision of the court, Sadhvi Pragya’ Thakur expressed happiness. She said that we are very happy with this decision. The struggle we did in the last 17 years cannot be described in words. She said that during that time the UPA government tortured us a lot.

Pragya Thakur younger sister Pratibha Singh said that we had to face social and economic problems, our business also closed down. They created the theory of saffron terrorism and tortured Sadhviji a lot. Also, in the end she said that the decision came late but it was right.

CM Fadnavis attacked Congress

Fadnavis strongly attacked Congress on this decision of the court. He said that the way the Congress-led UPA government created a false narrative of saffron terrorism and Hindu terrorism and prepared the Malegaon case, today it has been completely exposed. He said that Congress created this story to please its special vote bank.

Fadnavis said that Congress tried to call all Hindus terrorists, which the whole country is rejecting. We demand that Congress apologize for using such words. Fadnavis further said that we will look into this decision in detail and only after that will decide to go to the Supreme Court. The things that are coming to light clearly show that all this was a conspiracy.
