Delhi : Delhi Police is searching for Okhla MLA Amanatullah Khan, accused of leading the attack on the Crime Branch of Police in Jamia Nagar. At present, the search for Amanatullah Khan is on. At present, Amanatullah is missing and his mobile phone is also switched off. AAP MLA had helped fugitive accused Chavez escape from police custody in Jamia Nagar. MLA Amanatullah had threatened the police that if people gather on our voice, then you people will not be able to find out.
In the FIR, Amanatullah Khan has been accused of pushing and shoving the policemen along with his supporters. He got the wanted criminal Chavez released from the clutches of the police and made them escape.
In fact, the crime branch team had gone to Jamia area to arrest the wanted criminal Chavez. Chavez was also caught by the crime branch. But the regional MLA Amanatullah Khan came with his 20-25 supporters and threatened the crime branch staff, saying, how dare you come here?
When the police team cited the law in arresting the accused, Amanatullah Khan said, “I don’t believe in such police and court.” After this, the regional MLA Amanatullah Khan threatened the police, “This area is ours. Get out of here, otherwise it will be costly to get out alive.” Amanatullah Khan further threatened, “So many people will gather on hearing our voice that you people will not even be found out… where have you gone.” Amanatullah Khan threatened the policemen and said, “I will get your uniforms removed. It doesn’t matter if another case is filed against me. I will get you done right here and there won’t be any witness.”
