Raipur: Miss India Chhattisgarh 2026 Anushka Son, met Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai at the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha on Thursday April 30, 2026 .
During the interaction, Anushka Son thanked Chief Minister for initiatives aimed at women’s empowerment. She said that holding a special session focused on women’s rights and dignity sends a positive message and encourages greater awareness.
She further said that she had come specifically to witness the Assembly proceedings and described the experience as highly inspiring. Observing the policy-making process closely, she noted, would help her encourage more women to move forward.
Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said the state government is working with priority on women’s empowerment, safety and dignity. He said it is encouraging that women from different sections of society are coming forward and ensuring their participation, which reflects a strong and aware society.
He added that such initiatives would strengthen confidence among women and encourage them to take on leadership roles. He also said that young women are making their mark in education, arts, sports and social sectors, which is a matter of pride for the state.
Chief Minister extended his best wishes to Anushka Son for her future endeavours and said she should continue to inspire positive change in society.
