RAIPUR” Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai inaugurated the program by feeding Albendazole tablets to school girls in a program organised on the occasion of National Deworming Day at J.R. Dani Girls School in the capital Raipur .He called is an invocation day and said that this will keep our children healthy and will make them give their valuable contribution in the progress of the country.

The Chief Minister said that today he is very happy to be among the daughters in this school. Today’s daughters are performing well in every field. They are our future. he explained the importance of National Deworming Day, while explaining CM said that worm infection is a common problem which affects children aged 1-19 years. This infection also causes other health problems. Therefore, on this National Deworming Day, make sure to feed deworming medicine to the children and make this campaign a success as a responsible citizen and parents of the state thus country .

Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal during yjr program said that children are the future of the nation Therefore, no child between 1 to 19 years of age in the state should be deprived of taking medicine. He said that like every year, this year too, the National Deworming Campaign is being organised Jaiswal said that this campaign is being run in the state under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai keeping in mind the dream of a healthy India . Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made all kinds of preparations to ensure that no child is deprived of taking medicine.

Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh while addressing the students , said that it has been decided to give medicine to 9 lakh 70 thousand 687 children in the district, we will all achieve this by running a campaign together. He said that the free deworming medicine being provided by the government must be given to children aged 1 to 19 years and protect them from worm infection. MLA Motilal Sahu, Purandar Mishra, Anuj Sharma, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Avinash Mishra, District Panchayat CEO Vishwadeep and other officials were present in the program.
