ND vs AUS, 1st Test: First day’s play ends, India all out for 150 runs, Australia lose 7 wickets for 67 runs

IND vs AUS, 1st Test: The first test match between India and Australia is being played at Perth Stadium. The Indian team, which came out to bat after winning the toss on the first day of the match, performed poorly and was all out for 150 runs. Australia’s team came out to chase the target and scored 67 runs after losing 7 wickets in 27 overs. In this way, today’s first day’s play got over .

In the Perth Test, India captain Jasprit Bumrah won the toss and decided to bat first. After which, thanks to debutants Nitish Kumar Reddy and Rishabh Pant, India scored 150 runs in the first innings. Wicketkeeper batsman Pant played an innings of 37 runs off 78 balls. So Nitish Kumar Reddy played an important innings of 41 runs off 59 balls. At the same time, debutant Devdutt Padikkal returned to the pavilion without opening the account. Virat Kohli again angered the fans and got out for 5 runs after playing only 12 balls. Apart from this, KL Rahul played an innings of 26 runs, making an important contribution for the team. Josh Hazlewood took 4 wickets for Australia, while Mitchell Starc and Mitchell Marsh took 2-2 wickets. Apart from this, captain Pat Cummins took the important wicket of Rishabh Pant. In this way, Team India could score only 150 runs.

The Australian team, which came out to chase 150 runs, was seen struggling against the Indian bowlers. Captain Bumrah’s deadly bowling pushed Australia on the backfoot. Bumrah took 4 wickets, Mohammad Siraj took 2 and Harshit Rana took 1 wicket. On the first day of the first Test, Australia lost its 7 wickets for just 67 runs. Usman Khawaja 8, Nathan McSweeney 10, Travis Head 11, Mitchell Marsh 6, Pat Cummins were out after scoring 3 runs. Alex Carey 19 and Mitchell Starc are standing at the crease after scoring 6 runs.

The dominance of the bowlers was seen on the first day of the match. While India’s batting faltered, Australia’s situation was also not good. The second day’s game can prove to be decisive for both the teams.
