New wave of development in Gariaband district, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari approves several national highway projects worth Rs 20 thousand crores

Rajim : The efforts made by Rajim MLA Rohit Sahu, who has been continuously accelerating the development works of Rajim Assembly constituency and Gariaband district, are showing positive results, the benefits of which are going to be received by the people of Rajim Assembly and Gariaband district. Union Minister of Transport and Highways, Government of India, Nitin Gadkari, who reached the 83rd session organized at Science College Ground in the capital Raipur, approved several national highway projects worth 20 thousand crores rupees.

In which National Highway 130 (C) connecting Gariaband district to Odisha has also been included. It is known that Rajim MLA Rohit Sahu has been continuously trying for the construction and widening of this national highway and has been informing the Chief Minister of the state, Public Works Minister and Union Transport Minister on various occasions by meeting them and through correspondence. The 129 km part of the road for which the construction of Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari has approved will fall in Gariaband district, which will be built up to Panduka, Gariaband, Jhariabahara, Madangmuda respectively.


Citizens will get facilities

With the construction of this road, a new wave of development will be seen in the entire Gariaband district, this road will connect the last end of Devbhog block of Gariaband district. Construction work will soon be started on the 129 km part of this national highway. On getting the approval of this national highway, the citizens of Gariaband district will get facilities.

Expressing happiness over its approval, Rajim MLA Rohit Sahu said that the double engine government of BJP is approving development works at a rapid pace. Ever since the BJP government has been formed in the state under the leadership of Vishnu Deo Sai, work is being done continuously for the development of public facilities, which will continue in future as well. We will leave no stone unturned in bringing to fruition the hopes with which the public had elected us for development works. Continuous progress is our responsibility. For this work, he has expressed his gratitude to Union Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and Chhattisgarh Public Works Minister cum Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw, on behalf of the entire residents of Gariaband district.
