Zaira Expresses Outrage
Zaira expressed her anger over this incident in a post. She stated that a woman’s dignity and respect are not toys to be treated in such a manner on a public platform.
Zaira Wasim wrote on X, “A woman’s dignity and modesty are not something to be trifled with, especially on a public platform. As a Muslim woman, seeing another woman’s hijab being pulled off so easily, and that too with a smile, was infuriating.” She further wrote, “Power does not give anyone the right to violate someone’s boundaries. Nitish Kumar should offer an unconditional apology to that woman.”
