Nishant Kumar joined JDU on Sunday at the party office. He was given a warm welcome by party workers. With his membership, Nishant Kumar has entered active politics.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s son Nishant Kumar took the membership of JDU on Sunday at the party office. During this, the workers gave him a rousing welcome. JDU gave a new slogan on Nishant’s entry – ‘Young thinking… strong resolve’. A large number of leaders and workers had reached the state JDU office for Nishant’s joining. JDU’s National Executive President Sanjay Jha and Union Minister Lallan Singh were also present in the office. Apart from this, Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary was also present there.

01:15 PM – Janata Dal United MLA Harinarayan Singh recently made a significant statement. He stated that Nitish Kumar would resign as Chief Minister only after April 10th. Nishant Kumar will also become an MLC through the MLC elections to be held in April.

01:04 PM- CM Nitish Kumar filed his nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha elections on Thursday. Hari Narayan Singh, JD(U) MLA from Harnaut, has claimed that Nishant will be elected to the state Legislative Council next month.
01:02 PM- Speculations are rife that Nishant will be made the Deputy CM in the new government. A close aide of Nitish Kumar claimed on Saturday that the decision to make Nishant the Deputy CM in the new government to be formed after his father’s resignation has been taken “with everyone’s consent”.
1:01 PM – Nishant, a 40-year-old engineering graduate, will join the party at the JD(U) headquarters here in the presence of senior leaders, including Jha. Whenever Nishant is seen in public, his humility makes him popular among the people.
12:53 PM – Nishant met with party MLAs and MLCs at the residence of JD(U)’s acting national president, Sanjay Jha, on Friday and discussed his future strategy in detail. Senior JD(U) leader Shravan Kumar was the only minister from Bihar present at the meeting.
