A man raped a minor in Bhajanghat of Krishnaganj in Nadia and then threatened her. This incident of rape took place on Saturday August 31, 2024) evening. It is said that the teenager was returning home after shopping, when a neighbor forcibly dragged her into the garden and raped her there. West Bengal is the most unsafe state for women while Mamata Banerjee is the Chief Minister. She has not done any work to implement strict rules and set up fast track courts to punish the accused in rape and POCSO cases. She should resign from the post of Chief Minister.
