December 30 ,2024 : Department of Journalism & Mass Communication of Raipur based Pragati College organised an educational program for all the students of Journalism & Mass Communication Department to visit the Jatmai Ghata Rani Temple and tourist spots . The study tour was initiated to enhance better understanding and awareness about the Temples and Tourist destinations in Chhattisgarh .

Raipur : 16 students and four Teachers from Raipur based Pragati College of Journalism & Mass Communication Department went to the divine place to feel the sanctity of the Goddess and explore the tourist spots in Chhattisgarh under the branch of study “Travel and Tourism Communication” which refers to the live out of conveying information associated to travel destinations, services, and experiences to probable travelers, using a variety of communiqué channels like websites, brochures, social media, advertising campaigns, and even personal interactions, with the goal of attracting visitors and promoting tourism development as a endeavor of Chhattisgarh Government to expand Tourism in the State .

Let us inform you that this is the 11th consecutive year of such educational tours organised by the Pragati College Journalism & Mass Communication Department . The tour was lead by Head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication Dr. Praveen Yadav.
