Prayagraj: Preparations are in full swing for the Maha Kumbh to be held in Uttar Pradesh in the year 2025. Crores of devotees will reach Prayagraj via trains to participate in this Maha Kumbh. In view of this, Prayagraj Division Railway has issued a toll free helpline number. This toll free helpline will function smoothly from November 1. Maha Kumbh dedicated mobile app will also be launched soon.
Maha Kumbh 2025 is going to be held in Prayagraj after twelve long years. In which Sadhus ( saints ) of all various Akharas and crores of devotees are going to reach Prayagraj via trains. In such a situation, Prayagraj Division Railway has issued a toll free helpline number for the first time so that the Sadhus and devotees do not have to face any kind of problems in getting information about the arrival of trains as well as other train related informations.
About 992 trains will be operated from 9 railway stations. The Railway Division will operate about 992 trains from 9 railway stations for Maha Kumbh.
Prayagraj Railway Division has issued a toll free helpline 18004199139 for the devotees to get all the information from train arrival and departure timings, operating stations, ticket counters, shelters etc. during Maha Kumbh.
This helpline will be operational from tomorrow November1, 2024.
Mahakumbh dedicated mobile app will also be launched soon
Apart from the railway website, the Railway Division will also soon launch a dedicated mobile app for Mahakumbh. Soon the Mahakumbh mobile app will also start functioning for the convenience of the Sadhus and devotees. On which all the necessary information related to Mahakumbh, Prayagraj and Railways will be available.
