Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will contest the Lok Sabha by-election from Wayanad parliamentary constituency. At the same time, Ramya Haridas and Rahul Mamkuttathil will contest from Chelakkara and Palakkad assembly constituencies respectively for the Kerala assembly by-election.

Let us inform you that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi won two seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. This included Rae Bareli seat in Uttar Pradesh and Wayanad seat in Kerala. Later Rahul Gandhi resigned from the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat, after which this seat was vacant. Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will contest from this seat.
