Many years ago, during the course of an interview, A R Rahman casually mentioned to this writer that he met the two legendary Mangeshkar sisters Lataji and Ashaji shopping together at Marks & Spencer in London.
Many years ago, during the course of an interview, A R Rahman casually mentioned to this writer that he met the two legendary Mangeshkar sisters Lataji and Ashaji shopping together at Marks & Spencer in London.
When Rahman shared this with me, I immediately rang up Lataji for a confirmation and she said, “Jee haan, Yeh bilkul sach hai. Why are you so surprised? Asha and I were indeed shopping together in London when we bumped into Rahman. We exchanged pleasantries and Rahman also did some work-related talk with Asha.”
Kumar has written mostly short stories and on human behavior that changed the day to day course of the people who engineered them. He says I am always myself... I just hate being someone else...It's so fake and unreal..."!!I have an everyday religion that works for me. Love yourself first, and everything else falls into line......
