Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Wednesday October 29, 2025 met Speaker of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Dr. Raman Singh at the Chief Minister’s residence office in Raipur. During the courtesy meeting, Speaker Dr. Raman Singh formally extended an invitation to Chief Minister Sai to attend the inauguration ceremony of the new Assembly building, scheduled for November 1.

Expressing heartfelt gratitude to the Speaker, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said it is a moment of great joy and pride that the people of Chhattisgarh will be presented with the new Assembly building as a timeless emblem of progress and pride on the historic occasion of the state’s Silver Jubilee year.
Chief Minister Sai noted that the inauguration of this magnificent and aesthetically designed Assembly building by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will mark a historic and proud moment for the state. He added that the new building will stand as a symbol of Chhattisgarh’s democratic traditions, its journey of development, and the collective aspirations of its people – a legacy to which all citizens will bear witness.
