The brute who raped a minor in Chattisgarh arrested

Kondagaon. The accused of raping a minor has been arrested by Makdi police and sent to jail on judicial remand. According to the police, on August 17, the applicant came to Makdi police station and filed a written report that the accused Rajmanram Nag alias Rajman Nag has sexually exploited the minor daughter of the applicant by luring her with the promise of marriage. On the report, crime number 48/2024 under sections 363, 366, 376 (2) (D), 506 IPC, 04, 06 POCSO Act was registered at Makdi police station and investigation was taken up. Makdi police formed a team and raided the house of the accused on the basis of informer’s information and surrounded and detained the accused Rajmanram Nag alias Rajman Nag Saraibeda Kondagaon and on interrogation he confessed to committing the crime.

The accused was arrested on August 18. He was produced before the court of Kondagaon on August 19 and sent to jail on judicial remand.
