Vishnu’s good governance will not tolerate negligence, General Manager of Text Book Corporation suspended for selling books in junk

Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai’s government in Chhattisgarh is following the policy of zero tolerance towards corruption. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai had given strict instructions to the officials regarding zero tolerance towards corruption in the Collector’s Conference. The Chief Minister’s strictness regarding corruption is seen equally strict at the ground level. Its example is once again seen from the prompt action of the government. Recently, a case of selling new books of the academic session 2024-25 printed by Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation came to light as books were sold in junk .

After showing a tough attitude in the Collector SP conference, the Chief Minister has made it clear through this action of suspension that he will not tolerate administrative negligence at all.

When the case of Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation came to light, the responsibility of investigating this incident was given to the most senior officer after the Chief Secretary, which makes it clear that the days of administrative laxity are over in this state. If someone is negligent or corrupt, action will definitely be taken against him.

It is worth mentioning that in the past few days, the fierce form of the CM has been visible in many administrative decisions. The CM does not want any negligence in important subjects like education and health. Chief Minister Sai has given instructions to take strict action against careless officers and employees who show indifference in discharging government responsibilities. He has said that this is a government of good governance and there is zero tolerance towards corruption. Negligence in discharging government responsibilities by any officer or employee will not be tolerated and strict action will be ensured against careless officers immediately.
