Lucknow: A shocking incident has come to light from Bareilly district of UP. An 8th pass youth wearing a fake uniform made 10 female police personnel from different districts victims of his lust by luring them with marriage. He also cheated the female police personnel of Rs 2 crore. It is being told that the youth used to target girls with the surname Verma. The accused has been identified as Rajan Verma, a resident of Lakhimpur.
Let us inform you that Rajan got a fake police uniform stitched for Rs 1200 and bought police shoes for Rs 700. After this, posing as a policeman, he used to target only female constables with the surname Verma. First he used to befriend the female constable and tell them that you are Verma and so am I. I will get you promoted. After which the female constable used to get trapped in his trap. After that, the cunning man used to weave a web of love and lure them into marriage and had physical relations with them.
How did a policeman become a police informer?
Rajan used to make petha in his village. He had set up a small factory to make petha. He used to supply it in Ayodhya. During this time, one day Rajan met a SOG constable and they became good friends. After which Rajan started meeting the SOG constable regularly. During this time, the SOG constable made Rajan his informer.
He used to make relations by deceiving
Rajan first befriended a female constable posted in Kanpur countryside and then took her to a hotel on the pretext of marriage and had physical relations with her. When the woman came to know the truth about Rajan, he escaped from there by deceiving her. The matter did not stop here, after that Rajan took the details of female constables from the police site and arranged their numbers. After that he started the same work again. During this time Rajan also married a female constable in a fake way and cheated her of Rs 7 lakh.
Had physical relations many times
Rajan told the police that he had befriended a female constable posted in Bareilly. Where he lured the female constable into marriage. After that he took her to a hotel many times. Where he had physical relations with her. Not only this, he also took 6 lakh rupees in the name of buying a plot. Then he took a loan of 23 lakhs in the name of the female constable through fake documents. When the loan installment was deducted from his account, the whole secret was revealed. The accused told the police, if it was not a loan issue, I would have escaped.
6 female police constables complained
So far, six female police constables in Lakhimpur Kheri, Shravasti and Moradabad have registered a case against this miscreant. Additional SP told that this miscreant had also raped a female police constable posted in Ayodhya Police Lines. On coming to know about the matter, the accused married the victim, but when the victim came to know about the reality of the accused, she herself distanced herself from the accused.
