CG NEWS: Government doctors will not be able to practice in private hospitals and nursing homes, state government has imposed a ban, order issued
Raipur.: The government has banned the practice of government doctors in private hospitals and nursing homes in Chhattisgarh.
The Public Health and Family Welfare Department of the Chhattisgarh Government has issued an order regarding this. This order allows private practice of doctors but with some conditions. According to the order, doctors working in government hospitals will be able to do private practice but not during duty hours, now they will not be allowed to go to nursing homes or private clinics and practice.
The Health Department has written a letter to all the CMHOs and Deans of all medical colleges in the state to strictly follow this order.
