Action will be taken against three D. Pharmacy colleges in Chhattisgarh, there is neither library and laboratory nor teaching staff

In Raipur, Chhattisgarh, the Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee has decided that the three D. Pharmacy colleges Rishikesh Institute of Pharmacy, Sejbahar, Raipur, Nupur College of Pharmacy, Old Dhamtari Road, Raipur and Balaji Institute of Pharmacy and Research Center, Raipur have not fixed the fees and has written to the Secretary and Director of the concerned department for taking appropriate action in this regard.

During the inspection of the three D. Pharmacy colleges, the Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee found that they started the college without providing complete facilities, the colleges neither have a library and laboratory nor are there any academic and non-academic staff there. On this basis, the committee has decided to take action.

This is also worth mentioning here that before applying to the Fee Regulatory Committee for fee determination, permission should also be obtained from the Pharmacy Council of India, the concerned university and the concerned director.
