Amid the political heat of the Bihar assembly elections, PM Modi has increased his visits to Bihar. On Friday, PM Modi will give the gift of development from Motihari as well as try to achieve Mission Champaran. Along with inaugurating or laying the foundation stone of schemes worth more than Rs 7217 crore in Bihar, he will also try to achieve the Champaran region, which is considered to be the strongest stronghold of the BJP.

The formal announcement of Bihar assembly elections has not been made yet, but the political stir has intensified. PM Modi has started creating a political atmosphere by visiting Bihar one after the other. In this series, the Prime Minister will gift development to Bihar and West Bengal on Friday. PM Modi will first reach Motihari in Bihar, from where he will try to accomplish Mission-Champaran by giving the gift of schemes worth more than Rs 7217 crore.

PM Modi said on his social media platform X about his visit that today is going to be a historic day in Bihar’s development journey. On Friday at around 11.30 am, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of many state projects related to connectivity, IT and startups in Motihari. Apart from this, he will flag off four Amrit Bharat trains, out of which two trains will pass through DDU division.

During this, PM Modi will also be seen addressing a large public meeting and giving strength to the BJP’s election campaign. PM Modi’s ‘Mission Champaran’ Champaran belt is considered to be the strongest stronghold of BJP in Bihar, on which it is trying its best to maintain its strong hold. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will give the gift of development from Motihari in East Champaran and will also address a large public meeting. One thing is clear that the political impact of PM Modi’s Motihari visit will be on both East and West Champaran districts, because both the districts are adjacent to each other.

In the last assembly elections, BJP had completely wiped out the opposition in Champaran region and was successful in establishing its sole rule. BJP is looking to repeat the election result like 2020 in 2025, in view of which PM Modi himself is coming forward to conquer Mission-Champaran.

There are 12 seats in East Champaran district, out of which NDA won Motihari, Dhaka, Chiraiya, Madhuban, Pipra, Govindraj, Harsiddhi, Raxaul and Kesaria seats. RJD was successful in winning Sugauli, Narkatiya and Kalyanpur seats. There are a total of 9 seats in West Champaran district, which include Valmikinagar, Bettiah, Lauriya, Ramnagar, Narkatiaganj, Bagaha, Navatan, Chanpatia and Sikta seats.
