Prime Minister Narendra Modi has welcomed the agreement reached between the US and Iran. He stated that this accord is expected to bring peace and stability back to West Asia.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has openly welcomed the peace agreement between the US and Iran. In a tweet, he described the consensus reached between the two nations to end the ongoing conflict in West Asia as a highly commendable step. According to PM Modi, the conflict had triggered a severe global economic crisis, causing significant loss of life and property across many countries.
PM Modi expressed hope that the implementation of this peace agreement would restore stability to the entire region. It would also ensure the safe movement of ships at sea and clear the way for unhindered trade. He stated that India is optimistic that both nations will continue dialogue on remaining issues, paving the way for a lasting and robust final agreement in the future.

It is worth mentioning that this final peace agreement was reached after 107 days of intense conflict between the two nations. Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Kazem Gharibabadi, confirmed via a telephone call on state television that the deal with the US has now been fully finalized. Official signing of the agreement between the two countries is expected to take place in Switzerland this coming Friday.
Iranian state media has claimed to publish details of a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) containing 14 points regarding the agreement between the US and Iran. Although neither country has officially confirmed these points yet, the semi-official news agency Mehr reports that the draft includes several key provisions concerning the interests of both nations.
This decision will bring significant relief to global oil trade and the movement of maritime vessels. The eyes of the entire world are now fixed on this historic signing ceremony taking place in Switzerland on Friday.
