Raipur MP Brijmohan Agarwal on Sunday August 25 attended the 104th birth anniversary celebrations of Lok Shahir Sahitya Samrat Anna Bhau Sathe organised by Chhattisgarh Mang Samaj in Kanshiram Nagar of the capital.

On this occasion, he paid tribute to Anna Bhau Sathe and remembered his works. He said that Anna Bhau Sathe had united the people and also told them the importance of education. Sathe had worked to spread awareness in the society against social evils and the society will always remember his valuable contribution for the upliftment of the poor.

On this occasion, MP Brijmohan Agarwal announced to give Rs 10 lakh for additional building construction and maintenance in the community hall in the area. Councillor Sheetal Kuldeep Boga, Ramesh Jadhav, Rakesh Khandar, Sanjay Jadhav, Shambhu Wabne, Pradeep Jadhav and other dignitaries of the society were present in the program.
