Brother-in-law took a loan of 40 thousand and gave contract to kill… Sister-in-law was gang-raped and murdered and then her body was burnt, this incident will shock you!

A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Here a person took a personal loan of Rs 40,000 to get his sister-in-law killed. After this, the accused hired two people to gangrape the victim first, then strangled her to death. After this, the body was burnt by pouring petrol. The police have arrested the main accused, while his two other companions are still absconding.

Muzaffarbagar-UP: According to the information, this incident was carried out on January 21 near Nanu Canal in Meerut. Police say that the accused conspired to kill his 21-year-old sister-in-law. The accused told during interrogation that he had illicit relations with his sister-in-law, due to which she often blackmailed him. For this reason, he conspired to murder. He contacted a youth named Shubham. Shubham introduced him to a man named Deepak, who agreed to the murder.

According to the police, all three together planned the murder. For this, a deal was made for Rs 30,000. The accused took a loan of Rs 40,000 and gave Rs 10,000 in advance and said that he would pay the remaining Rs 20,000 after the murder. After this, on January 21, the accused brother-in-law, Shubham and Deepak took the girl on a scooter to the canal, where they first gang-raped her and then strangulated her with a dupatta and killed her. To hide the identity, they poured petrol on the body and burnt it.

The crime was committed on the banks of this canal.

In this case, the victim’s family had filed a missing report on January 23. During the investigation, the police came to know that the victim was last seen with her brother-in-law, Shubham and Deepak. On the basis of suspicion, the police detained the deceased’s brother-in-law, after which when strictly questioned, he confessed to the crime. During the investigation, the forensic team recovered burnt clothes, the victim’s ring and other items from the spot. The police also found a used and a new condom from the spot.

What did the Superintendent of Police say about the incident?

SP Rural Aditya Bansal said that on January 23, a complaint was received about the missing of a 21-year-old girl. When the investigation was done, it was found that the girl was last seen on January 21 with her brother-in-law and his two friends Shubham and Deepak. The family members suspected that something wrong has been done by these three.

On this information, a case was immediately registered and when the investigation was started, the whole story came to the fore. The accused had an illicit relationship with his sister-in-law for 2 years. The girl had some obscene photos and videos. The girl was demanding something for the last two-three months, asking for some things, some money or more time. The accused was afraid that this matter might come out in the open. That is why he committed this crime.
