Raipur : The closing ceremony of Chhattisgarh State Decoration and State Festival will be held on November , 6 , 2024 at 6 pm at Rajyotsav Ground in Nava Raipur under the Chief Guest of Vice President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar. Here Vice President Dhankhar will confer Chhattisgarh State Decoration Award on eminent personalities from various fields. Governor Ramen Deka will preside over the program. On this occasion, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh will be present as special guests.
Vice President Dhankhar will reach Raipur Airport by plane at 5.40 pm to grace the State Decoration Ceremony and from there will depart for Rajyotsav Mela Ground. After the State Decoration Ceremony, Vice President Dhankhar will depart for New Delhi from Raipur Airport at 7.45 pm.
It is worth mentioning here that the grand event of three-day Chhattisgarh Rajyotsav 2024 is being organised from November , 4 to November, 6, 2024 at Rajyotsav Sthal, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar. State decoration and Rajyotsav will conclude today on Wednesday November 6, 2024 . Rajyotsav was inaugurated on November, 4, 2024 under the chief guest of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. During Rajyotsav, colorful cultural programs are being organised every day from evening to late night at the venue. Under the cultural program on November 6, 2024 Anurag Star Night by Anurag Sharma, India’s Got Talent Mallakhamb by Manoj Prasad, Jadoo Bastar by Savi Srivastava and playback singing by Pawandeep and Arunita will be presented.
Various crafts of Chhattisgarh are available for display and sale
In the closing ceremony of State Decoration and State Festival, Deputy Chief Ministers Arun Saw and Vijay Sharma, Ministers Ramvichar Netam, Dayal Das Baghel, Kedar Kashyap, Lakhanlal Devangan, Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, OP Choudhary, Lakshmi Rajwade and Tankaram Verma, Leader of Opposition Dr. Charan Das Mahant, MP Brijmohan Agarwal, MLAs Rajesh Munat , Purandar Mishra, Motilal Sahu, Anuj Sharma, Guru Khuswant Saheb, Indra Kumar Sahu and other public representatives will be the special guests of the program. During the State Festival, a grand and attractive exhibition has been organised by all the departments of the Chhattisgarh Government at the State Festival venue. Various crafts of Chhattisgarh are available for display and sale in the Shilp Gram here. A large number of people are reaching Nava Raipur Mela Ground with their families to see the exhibition, Meena Bazaar and enjoy the cultural programs during the State Festival.
