Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai today performes griha pravesh in his new government house in Nava Raipur

Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai today on Saturday October 5 performed griha pravesh in his newly constructed government house in Nava Raipur. The ritual was organised in keeping the mind auspicious occasion of Navratri.

Sai, along with his better half Kaushalya Devi Sai, performed Puja-Archana with traditional rituals with Chanting of Vedic Mantras and doing homam . Before entering the new house , the Chief Minister took blessings from his mother Chameli Devi.

Many dignitaries including Governor Raman Deka and first lady Rani Deka Kakoti, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Food Minister Dayaldas Baghel, Commerce and Industry Minister Lakhanlal Devangan, Women and Child Development Minister Laxmi Rajwade and Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma were present at the ceremony. MP Brijmohan Agarwal, former Governor Ramesh Bais, many MLAs and public representatives were also present on the occasion. All the guests congratulated and wished the Chief Minister on the occasion.
