Court grants bail to MLA Devendra Yadav, gets relief
Raipur: Bhilai MLA Devendra Yadav has got a big relief from the court. The court of CGM Manish Kumar Dubey has granted him bail. This case is 10 years old, when Devendra Yadav along with his workers gheraoed Atal Bihari Vajpayee University in Bilaspur over an issue. A case was registered against him regarding this incident. The court, while hearing today, has granted him bail.
It is worth mentioning that 10 years ago, City Kotwali Police had registered a crime under Section 147, 427 IPC. In this case, an FIR was registered against Congress MLA Devendra Yadav, Amitesh Rai, Prakashmani Vaishnav, Ranjit Singh, Sohail Khalik and others. He was not reaching the court to answer even on the permanent warrant. Currently, the court has given him relief on the production warrant.
Kumar has written mostly short stories and on human behavior that changed the day to day course of the people who engineered them. He says I am always myself...
