Dr. Salim Raj elected Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Waqf Board, notification issued

In the meeting of Chhattisgarh State Waqf Board, Dr. Salim Raj was unanimously elected unopposed as the Chairman of State Waqf Board by the members of the Board.

State Waqf Board Chairman Dr. Salim Raj said that Waqf Board should work in accordance with its objectives. For this, successful implementation of the schemes of Waqf Board will be done by discussing with the Mutwallis, securing Waqf properties from land mafias and encroachers, as well as direct benefit of Waqf schemes will be used for the educational development of social and weaker sections.

Dr. Salim Raj expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai and Backward Class Minority Development Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam on becoming the Chairman of State Waqf Board. On this occasion, members of State Waqf Board, Mutwallis and eminent citizens of Muslim society congratulated and wished Dr. Salim Raj.

In the meeting itself of Chhattisgarh State Waqf Board, Dr. Salim Raj was unanimously elected unopposed Chairman of the State Waqf Board by the members of the board, and now the notification has been issued.
