Under the guidance of Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh, complaints are being resolved quickly in Raipur district. Geeta Burman, a resident of Daldalsivani Mowa of Mahatma Gandhi Ward of the district, had complained to the concerned department that 21 Mitanins had not received the incentive amount under the Pulse Polio campaign for two months. But they were constantly upset as their complaints were not heard.

The incentive amount is released from the state branch of NACO National Health Mission. But she was not getting the amount. Regarding which she called the district administration’s public problem resolution call center. After which the concerned department was informed about the case. After which the department released the amount. Also, the amount was deposited in the account of the Mitanins. After the problem was resolved, the complainant Geeta Burman expressed satisfaction and thanked Chief Ministe Vishnu Deo Sai .
