Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson of FICCI YFLO Delhi, expressed profound gratitude and pride, stating, “As we conclude the 41st Annual Session of FICCI YFLO, I am overwhelmed with immense pride and gratitude for the strides we have made together. As my tenure as Chairperson draws to a close, I urge all members to continue embracing collaboration and innovation. Together, we can build a future where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and lead.”
With the theme “Women as the Architects of Viksit Bharat @ 2047” the annual session underscored FICCI FLO’s mission to foster leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation among women. The event featured distinguished keynote addresses, thought-provoking panel discussions, and the launch of five exclusive reports, including the FLO Annual Report 2024-25, Women at Work: A Study on Women’s Participation in India’s Port, Shipping, and IWT Sector, Framework for Transformative Action: Enabling Women Entrepreneurship in Northeast India, and Seeds of Change: Women Entrepreneurs Cultivating Northeast India’s Entrepreneurial Future. Adding to the grandeur of the occasion, a mesmerizing musical performance by the SKD Live Band enriched the celebratory atmosphere.
