First he hides his religion, then forcibly makes physical relations with the girl, divorces her when she becomes pregnant

Barabanki: A case of rape of a girl has come to light in Kotwali police station area. Where the young man first trapped the girl in his love by hiding his religion. Then raped her . When the girl pressurised him , he married the girl but later divorced her. The victim also complained about the matter to the police. But when the police was ignorant, she pleaded in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM). After the order from CJM, Kotwali police registered a case and arrested the accused

According to the police, a young man named Mohammad Azam Zaidi first trapped the victim in his love by hiding religion and then raped her. After the girl came to know the truth, the accused married her. However, the behaviour of the young man changed when after some time the pregnant girl gave birth to a girl child . The young man started beating her and threatened to kill her and later on divorced her. Currently the girl is with her parents at her maternal house .

According to the information, both of them got married in September 2016 and in 2017 the girl gave birth to a girl child . After that the behaviour of the accused towards his wife and daughter changed. The accused left both of them. Finally, the girl filed a case after seeing the complaint a case has been registered against the accused under various sections of IPC and has been arrested.
