Gorakhpur : A case that has shattered relationships has come to light from Sahajanwa police station area of Gorakhpur district of UP. Here a married woman has accused her brother-in-law and father-in-law of rape. It is alleged that when the victim informed her husband about this incident, he also started beating her brutally. Now the woman has complained to the police against the accused.
The victim said the police that her maternal home is in Chilvatal police station area of Gorakhpur. She was married to a youth from Sahajanwa area in 2021. Everything was normal for a few days after the marriage, but after a month and so her husband went to Mumbai in connection with his job. After that the in-laws started demanding five lakh rupees in cash and a car, to which the victim expressed her inability. hearing all the in-laws started taunting and harassing her.
Brother-in-law raped her as soon as he got a chance
According to the woman, after her husband left, whenever her brother-in-law found her alone, he would molest her and try to rape her. One day when there was no one in the house, the brother-in-law took a chance and raped her and threatened that if she tells anyone, he would kill her and her husband. The woman could not tell anyone anything due to fear.
Father-in-law also raped her
Not in her wildest dream even , her father-in-law also started molesting her and one day raped her. When the woman called her husband and told him everything about , the husband took her to Mumbai and there also he started taunting and beating her. The husband said that if all this happened against your will, then why did you not file a case with the police. Then the woman asked her husband to take her to the village so that she could file a case.
Police registered a case and started investigation
After returning to the village, the victim’s husband and in-laws started beating her badly. The woman somehow reached her maternal home and came to the police station with her father to lodge a complaint. The victim says that her brother-in-law also reached her maternal home with his two friends and tried to snatch her innocent child, but with the help of the people in the neighborhood, he could not succeed. The police have registered a case and started investigation against the accused.
