Australia has defeated India by 184 runs in the Boxing Day Test in Melbourne. Chasing the target of 340 runs to win, India’s second innings collapsed to 155 runs. The Indian team had got the target today, but Team India could not play even three sessions and 11 batsmen returned to the pavilion. This is Team India’s defeat in Test in Melbourne after 13 years. Earlier, the Indian team had lost in 2011. With this win, Australia has taken a 2-1 lead after four Tests in the five-match series. Now the fifth and final Test will be played in Sydney from January 3.
