Bilaspur High Court has yesterday granted bail to Madhur Sahu, accused of murder of Salma Sultana, a famous Korba murder case. After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court has given its verdict that the evidence presented were not sufficient against the accused. Actually, in the court, the lawyer of accused Madhur Sahu said that his applicant Sahu was falsely implicated in the crime. He says that Korba police also filed DNA test report along with the charge sheet,in which only 1 STR out of 13 is matching.
