Maharashtra Assembly Election : Mumbai. The BJP-led Mahayuti has won a landslide victory in the Maharashtra Assembly elections. However, this alliance has suffered a major setback in the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha Chunav. The MVA alliance could win only 46 seats in the 288-member assembly. At the same time, the Mahayuti alliance led by BJP performed brilliantly and won 230 seats. The Mahayuti includes BJP, Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena and Ajit Pawar’s NCP.
