Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the Adampur Air Force Base in Punjab on Tuesday May 13 , 2025 served as a strong response to Pakistan’s claims of having struck the base and “destroyed” the S-400 air defence system during the conflict that followed Operation Sindoor—India’s retaliation for the April 22, 2025 terror attack in Pahalgam.
Addressing the soldiers at Adampur Airbase, PM Modi said that every moment of Operation Sindoor testifies to the strength of the Indian forces. During this time, the coordination of our army was really great. He said that the coordination of the Army, Navy or Air Force was tremendous.
After the success of Operation Sindoor, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Adampur airbase on Tuesday and met the air warriors and encouraged them. By going to Adampur, PM Modi has also exposed Pakistan’s lie, because this is the same airbase which Pakistan had falsely claimed to have targeted. On this occasion, PM Modi said that the country’s forces have shown their valor brilliantly and now Operation Sindoor is India’s new normal.
India has decided three principles
PM Modi said that India’s Laxman Rekha against terrorism is now very clear. Now if there is any terrorist attack again, India will give a befitting reply. He said that we have seen this during the surgical strike, during the air strike, and now Operation Sindoor is India’s new normal.
First- If there is a terrorist attack on India, we will respond in our own way, on our own terms, at our own time.
Second- India will not tolerate any nuclear blackmail.
Third- We do not see the government that patronizes terror and the masters of terror as different.
PM Modi said that after Pakistan’s appeal, India has only postponed its military action, if Pakistan again shows military audacity or terrorist activity, we will give a befitting reply. We will give this reply on our own terms. The confidence behind this decision is your valor, courage and alertness. Keeping this spirit intact, we have to remain constantly alert.
Excellent coordination of the three forces
Prime Minister Modi said that the world is also moving forward understanding this new form and system of India. He said that every moment of Operation Sindoor testifies to the strength of the Indian forces. During this time the coordination of our army was really excellent. He said that the coordination of the Army, Navy and Air Force was tremendous. The Navy established its dominance on the sea. The army strengthened the border and the Indian Air Force attacked and defended. Apart from this, BSF and other forces have also demonstrated amazing capabilities.

PM Modi gave a strict warning to Pakistan and said that our drones, our missiles – just thinking about them will make Pakistan lose sleep for many days. He said that India is the land of Buddha as well as Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Guru Gobind Singh Ji had said,“सवा लाख से एक लड़ाऊं, चिड़ियन ते मैं बाज तुड़ाऊं, तबै गुरु गोबिंद सिंह नाम कहाऊं||” ‘If make one to fight against one and a quarter lakh, if I make a hawk out of a bird, only then will I be called Guru Gobind Singh. It has been our tradition to take up arms to destroy evil and establish religion. That is why when the vermilion of our sisters and daughters was snatched, we entered the house of the terrorists and crushed their hoods.
